Last season the Green Bay Packers (11-5) won the NFC North despite dealing with lots of injuries. The team will be missing some familiar veterans this season including Charles Woodson, Jeff Saturday, Greg Jennings and Donald Driver.

Datone Jones was the Packers 1st round pick (#26) and he fills a hole on the defensive line. The team also signed two rookie RB’s to solidify the backfield in Eddie Lacy (Alabama) and Johnathan Franklin (UCLA). I expect big things from the run game this year.

Aaron Rodgers won’t have Jennings, but he missed a lot of last season due to injury anyways. Randall Cobb will look to improve upon an amazing 2012-13 campaign. Jordy Nelson, James Jones and Jermichael Finley will also be back on the offense.

Green Bay ranked #5 in points last season on offense (27.1 PPG). The run game only ranked #20 (106.4 RYPG), but if Franklin and Lacy can improve the Packers run game this offense should be able to dominate the scoreboard against most opponents.

Our Match Up Pick for Superbowl: Packers vs Seahawks +$71.00 @ $50
